Terms of Service

1. The service

Builder Assets sells digital products (templates, UI kits, resources and tools). Purchasing grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use in your own projects.

2. What you may not do

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or share the raw assets or your access links publicly. One license covers one person.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created via email sign-in links. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your account.

4. Payments

Prices are in INR and processed by Razorpay. Applicable taxes may apply per your jurisdiction. An order is complete when payment is verified.

5. Intellectual property

Products remain the intellectual property of Builder Assets. Your license covers use in end products, not ownership of the source assets themselves.

6. Liability

Products are provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. See the Refund Policy.
